S.O.B. (1981) NEW 2017 1080p HD REMASTER
Blake Edwards’ savage satire on all things Hollywood comes with all the deep blacks of this black farce on full display as only 1080p HD can deliver. In the decades since its release, this semi-autobiographical trip through the show biz looking glass has only seen its parody become prescient, and its absurdities an everyday reality. Richard Mulligan anchors an amazing ensemble cast, as tragicomic producer Felix Farmer, a man with a singular cinema dream – to see America’s movie sweetheart (and his spouse) Sally Miles (Julie Andrews) bare it all onscreen in a sex farce. With William Holden, Larry Hagman, Loretta Swit, Robert Vaughn, Robert Loggia, Marisa Berenson, Robert Preston, Shelly Winters, and Stuart Margolin. 16×9 Widescreen

FINIAN’S RAINBOW (1968) NEW 2017 1080p HD REMASTER
Burton Lane, E.Y. Harburg and Fred Saidy’s monster smash musical fantastique took its time to journey to Hollywood, but in the process drew a cinema icon back to the big screen and gave a future cinema titan his second stint behind the camera. Fred Astaire plays the titular Finian, a bona-fide Irish rogue who has made off with Og (Tommy Steele) the leprechaun’s pot of gold. Arriving in the fine state of Missitucky with his daughter, Sharon (a lovely and luminous Petula Clark), Finian finds his dreams magically multiplying gold coins become fouled by the machinations of a racist Senator (Keenan Wynn) and the dreams of some sharecroppers (Don Francks and others). Meanwhile, Og is in pursuit, his immortality on the line. Director Francis Ford Coppola’s vision of blending the real and the super-real has never been more clear than in this glimmering 1080p HD presentation. SPECIAL FEATURES: Watch Finian’s Rainbow With Francis Ford Coppola: Introduction and Commentary by the Director; Featurette: The World Premiere of Finian’s Rainbow; Original Theatrical Trailer (HD). 16×9 Widescreen
