Halloween

Halloween is an American slasher film that’s coming your way towards the end of October. The movie was directed by Gordon Green and is the 11th installment in the Halloween movie series. This is a direct sequel to the original Halloween released in 1978. Forty years after Michael Myers terrorized residents when he went on a killing spree, he comes face to face with the original’s Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis),  who is determined to seek revenge following the loss of her loved ones. Widows

Widows is a Steve McQueen production set to arrive in the middle of November. This is an action thriller that follows the lives of four widows. In an attempt to feed their families and also get some extra cash to start solo business adventures, a group of four male friends plan a heist. They devise a seemingly great plan but during the execution, they run into problems and are all killed by law enforcement agents. However, the wives they leave behind take it upon themselves to finish the job. With a refined plan and their lives on the wire, the four widows execute the greatest heist in history. Some of the stars include Colin Farrell, Jacki Weaver, Carrie Coon, Robert Duvall, Michelle Rodriguez, Liam Neeson, Elizabeth Debicki, Cynthia Erivo and Viola Davies. Due November 16.

Destroyer

Destroyer is a crime thriller that centers on a young female police officer whose life was almost destroyed during a mission. After infiltrating a gang in the desert outside LA, she witnesses some horrific things and is eventually discovered as an undercover agent. The gang members brutally punish her — without the knowledge of their leader — and, years later, when the leader returns, the officer is ready to get her revenge. Destroyer features Nicole Kidman, Sebastian Stan, Bradley Whitford, Tatiana Maslany and Toby Kebbell. Its scheduled for December 25.
