"The movie business is macabre. Grotesque.
It is a combination of a football game
and a brothel."

FROM HELL IT CAME (1957) New to Blu-ray with a 2017 1080p HD Remaster
from-hell-warnerPerhaps the greatest tree-terror feature ever made, this Allied Artists' drive-in dynamo FINALLY gets the presentation it demands – a high-contrast, pristine black and white image as only Blu-ray can deliver. It's so sharp we can even see the seams on Tabonga, the famed Paul Blaisdell designed demon tree. And how does a man turn into a killer tree? An ancient tribal curse. Modern atomic testing. A native prince taking the fall for murder. (Allied/Monogram never missed a chance to mash-up genres like horror, monsters and noir – long before it was fashionable. And with this curse, the prince gasps his last… and transforms him into the hollow stump that is BARANGA! Sorry, (the trailer gets the monster's name wrong!) we mean — TABONGA! Special Features: Original Theatrical Trailer (HD) 16×9 Widescreen

THE WHEELER DEALERS to Blu-ray with a 2017 1080p HD Remaster
The great James Garner headlines this con comedy that's awash in mid-Sixties modern style and panache. When 'over-achieving' office gal Molly Thatcher (Lee Remick) gets set-up as a financial statement sacrifice, fast-talking flim-flam Texan, Henry Tyroon (Garner) rides to the rescue, ready to rope her into the wild world of wheelin' and dealin'. But this new kind of cash cowboy may just end up the mark and not the marquee. Tyroon's yes-men chorus is an all-star assembly of Phil Harris, Chill Wills and Jim Backus with Louis Nye along for the ride parodying Jackson Pollock. Also features John Astin and Pat Harrington, Jr. This Arthur Hiller gem of a sweet satire looks as fresh as a 1963 minted piece of cool cash in this sparkling 1080p HD Blu-ray presentation. Special Features: Original Theatrical Trailer (HD) 16×9 Widescreen
