‘Killers of the Flower Moon’ Set to Stream on Apple+ Jan. 12

Apple Original Films today has announced a January 12 streaming debut on its paid Apple TV+ service for Martin Scorsese’s “Killers of the Flower Moon,” according to a report in Deadline. The New York Film Critics Circle best film of the year and The Critics Choice and Golden Globe Award-nominated film, starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Robert De Niro, Lily Gladstone, Jesse Plemons, Tantoo Cardinal, Cara Jade Myers, JaNae Collins and Jillian Dion, has grossed $67.3 million in North America and $156.3 million worldwide.

Based on David Grann’s best-selling book of the same name, “Killers of the Flower Moon” is set in 1920s Oklahoma and depicts the serial murder of members of the oil-wealthy Osage Nation, a string of brutal crimes that came to be known as the Reign of Terror.

Here’s the original announcement for the film’s paid streaming debut.
