Game of Thrones’ Iwan Rheon and Gangster Land’s Milo Gibson Star in a story of the unsung heroes who helped fight the Battle of Britain

Cinedigm Corp (NASDAQ: CIDM) announced today it will release the gripping new WWII drama, MISSION OF HONOR, starring Iwan Rheon (Game of Thrones”, “Misfits”, “Inhumans”), Milo Gibson (GANGSTER LAND, HACKSAW RIDGE) and Marcin Dorocinski (JACK STRONG) in select theaters, VOD, and Digital on March 15, 2019. Cinedigm will release the film in North America and has slated a Blu-ray™ and DVD release for late April 2019.

Based on a true story, the film is directed by BAFTA Awards Winner David Blair and written by Robert Ryan & Alastair Galbraith. The story follows Jan Zumbach (Iwan Rheon) and the brave pilots of Squadron 303, a group of fighter pilots enlisted by British Royal Airforce after a war-torn Europe has been ransacked by German Nazis. John Kent ‘Kentowski’ (Milo Gibson) has his work cut out for him when he’s handed the angry, defeated, and often maligned squadron to command. Squadron 303 works through language barriers, cultural differences, grief and PTSD to become one of the greatest secret weapons in the Battle of Britain.

SYNOPSIS
Mission of Honor is the story of Squadron 303, a group of heroic pilots who fought in the skies over England in the Battle of Britain during WWII. These brave men were not just fighting to keep Great Britain free from the Nazis, but also to keep alive the memories of their own countries, which had been caught in the cross fire as Germany tore across Eastern Europe. Equipped with nothing more than obsolete RAF planes and secondhand uniforms, they flew for all of those who had become casualties in one tyrant’s quest for power.
