‘Bill & Ted Face the Music’ on Sept. 1

“Bill & Ted Face the Music,” the third Bill & Ted wild adventure, has been set for a September 1 premium VOD release. The film, originally set to open in theaters on August 21, was forced to change release dates — and venues — several times due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter reprise their roles as Ted “Theodore” Logan and Bill S. Preston Esq. as the duo travel through time once again in their iconic pay-telephone booth. A visitor from the future tells the  best friends, now adults, that one of their songs can save life as we know it and bring harmony to the universe. This time the pair enlist the help of their daughters in their wild adventure to save the world.

Samara Weaving and Brigette Lundy-Paine play the duo’s daughters, while William Sadler returns as the Grim Reaper.
