A mysterious suspense-thriller starring a talented cast of up-and-coming young actors including Abbey Lee (Mad Max: Fury Road), Caleb Landry Jones (Get Out, Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri) and Riley Keough (It Comes At Night), WELCOME THE STRANGER debuts on digital March 20 from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. Written and directed by Justin Kelly (King Cobra, I Am Michael), WELCOME THE STRANGER tells the story of two siblings, Alice (Lee) and Ethan (Jones), who reconnect in an attempt to mend their relationship, only to begin experiencing bizarre, unexplainable visions that begin to warp their reality. Complicated by the return of Ethan’s peculiar girlfriend Misty (Keough), the siblings must delve deeper into their ominous visions to decipher reality.

Synopsis:
Alice arrives unannounced at her estranged brother Ethan’s house in an attempt to reconcile, but bizarre visions, the return of his strange girlfriend, and Alice’s paranoia and suspicion force the siblings to cling onto reality amidst mysterious circumstances.

Written and directed by Justin Kelly, WELCOME THE STRANGER was produced by Thor Bradwell, Gina Gammell, Justin Kelly, Riley Keough, Scott Levenson, and Jordan Yale Levine and executive produced by Michael Clofine, Bob Leary and Katie Leary.

WELCOME THE STRANGER has a run time of approximately 94 minutes and is rated R for sexuality including an intense sexual/violent image, nudity, and for language throughout.
