It is a combination of a football game

TO COHEN MEDIA CHANNEL ON SEPTEMBER 1st
(Available Exclusively on Amazon Prime)

DOUBLE LOVER, the Palme d’Or-nominated erotic thriller from Francois Ozon, starring Marine Vacth and Jérémie Renier. The deluxe home video packages arrive on the heels of the film’s successful U.S. and international theatrical release.

DOUBLE LOVER reunites prolific filmmaker Francois Ozon (Frantz, The New Girlfriend, Swimming Pool, Under the Sand)with the striking star of his acclaimed Young & Beautiful,Marine Vacth. In the new film she plays Chloé, a fragile young woman who falls in love with her psychoanalyst, Paul (Jérémie Renier, Summer Hours, La Promesse). She eventually moves in with Paul but soon discovers he is concealing a part of his identity – or does he just have a look-alike roaming the city? Hollywood and European cinema icon Jacqueline Bisset (Day for Night, The Deep) also stars. From its attention-grabbing opening shot to its stunning conclusion, this is a gripping and provocative drama where things may not be what they seem.

DOUBLE LOVER is the third Ozon film to be released in the U.S. by Cohen Media Group, following The New Girlfriend and In the House.

Peter Travers of Rolling Stone said the film “puts dull Hollywood twaddle like Fifty Shades Freed to shame with its wild, wanton ride into the subconscious. Prepare for a mindblower.” Colin Covert of the Minneapolis Star Tribune said, “Dark, kinky and twisty with a modernist sheen, DOUBLE LOVERdelivers a delightfully messed up cavalcade of erotic hijinks.” The Village Voice‘s Michael Atkinson called it “a buffet of psychosexual delicacies … all staged with hot-blooded, straight-faced vigor.” National Review‘s Armond White called it “a memorably powerful exploration of the intricacy of trust.”
