Kanopy, the premium, free-to-the-user entertainment streaming platform, is showcasing a lineup of films in celebration of holidays and events happening in May including Space Day (May 3), Free Comic Book Day (May 4), Cinco de Mayo (May 5), National Teacher’s Day (May 7), Mother’s Day (May 12) and International Museum Day (May 18)!

The diverse lineup of films for each category is comprised of award-winning documentaries including Earthrise (AFI Documentary Film Festival winner), To Be and To Have (BAFTA Award nominee) and Mom & Me (Cleveland International Film Festival winner), and thought-provoking feature films including I Dream in Another Language (Sundance Film Festival winner), Gueros (Tribeca Film Festival winner) and Museum Hours  (SXSW Film Festival nominee). Members of partnered academic and public libraries nationwide will have free access to the films via the streaming platform.
